Some of our endeavors are as follows: -

i) E-MAIL SERVICE - Worked as a franchisee for DATAPRO Information Technology between 1994 and 1997 for the Northeast India and introduced for the first time the private e-mail service in the Northeast.

ii) PAGING SERVICE - Introduced the paging service for the first time in the Northeast India in the year 1996 as the franchisee of NICE Paging Service.

iii) CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE - Between the years of 1998 and 1999 served as the collection centre for Reliance Telecom Ltd., the first mobile service introduced in the Northeast India.

iv) CALL CENTRE - Organization has also operated the Outbound Call Centre of AIRTEL (Bharati Telecom) at Guwahati. From 1st April, 2005 Sangita Communications is associated with Bharti Airtel with 12 work stations to start with, which was later increased to 150 work stations by September 2010. Sangita Communications is equipped with 10 MB Back Hall Point to Point Radio link connectivity with Bharti Airtel.
